Recycling
Information
Lyons Seafoods now include recycling information as
standard on our branded product range. This information provides
customers with important information regarding the recyclability
of each element of our packaging, in order that we can all do our
bit for the environment. We are committed to reducing the amount
of packaging which we use, and aim to reduce our use of plastic
by 18% and cardboard by 8% in the coming year.
All Lyons Seafoods
paper-based labels now come from either PEFC (Programme for the
Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes) or FSC (Forest Stewardship
Council) approved sources. This demonstrates that our commitment
to sustainability and the environment is all encompassing, covering
our products right through to our packaging.
