Lyons Seafoods smoked prawns named Grocer Food and Drink Awards finalist
Lyons Seafoods, Europe’s leading processor of king prawns, has been named a finalist in the fish category of The Grocer Food and Drink Awards 2010.
The naturally smoked prawns have a unique smokey oak flavour and add depth to dishes. They can be eaten on their own, with a dip, or used in a number of different recipes including salads, pasta, sandwiches, paella and stir-fries.
